Positions are available across several regional Victorian health services, with both full-time and part-time permanent appointments.
The Opportunity As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will join established multidisciplinary Mental Health Services delivering specialist psychiatric care across inpatient, community and crisis settings.
Depending on your interests and experience, your responsibilities may include:

- Providing specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment
- Leading multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Supervising Registrars, Junior Medical Officers and medical students
- Teaching through established university partnerships
- Participating in service planning, clinical governance and quality improvement
- Contributing to service development and Mental Health reform initiatives
- Developing subspecialty interests and leadership responsibilities
