About the Role In this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day operations of a busy loading dock, ensuring the safe, efficient and timely movement of goods, materials and deliveries. You will lead and support a team of casual employees, providing guidance, mentoring and operational oversight to maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include overseeing loading dock operations, managing the secure and accurate receipt, storage and delivery of customer goods, coordinating food and beverage deliveries in line with food safety and HACCP requirements, and maintaining compliance with operational, audit and WHS standards. You will also work closely with event organisers and contractors to coordinate seamless move-in and move-out activities, ensuring event requirements are delivered efficiently and professionally.

This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can step into operational duties as needed while driving excellence across logistics, housekeeping and back-of-house operations.

About you You are an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a demonstrated ability to plan, manage and deliver operational outcomes on time and within budget. Ideally, you have experience in the exhibitions and events industry and possess a strong understanding of receipting,



stocktaking and inventory control processes, with experience using systems such as Momentus highly regarded.

A confident and proactive people leader, you have the ability to motivate, support and provide transparent direction to a casual workforce while fostering a positive and safety-focused team culture. You bring a thorough understanding of WHS/OH&S; requirements and a commitment to always maintaining safe working practices.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a current Forklift Truck Licence and a valid Driver's Licence (car licence or higher).
