Policy Officer, Corporate Strategy Performance & Evaluation

The Strategy Performance and Evaluation Branch supports the delivery of strategic projects and priority work across the Department of Health by providing high‑quality research, analysis and practical project support.

The role supports facilitation, stewardship and cascade of the Department's organisational strategy. Reporting to the Manager, Organisational Strategy, the role supports the translation of strategic direction into coherent priorities, outcomes and plans across the organisation. The role providesstrategic advice, develops frameworks and processes, and operates as an internal consultant to divisions, ensuring alignment, coherence and a clear strategic narrative across strategies, plans and key reporting artefacts.

About you:

- A tertiary qualification in public policy, public administration, strategy, business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience in organisational strategy development, providing strategic advice, facilitation and practical support to business areas using clear frameworks, templates and processes would be highly regarded.
