Now we're looking for a Dispatch Operator to be the calm, capable voice keeping our drivers and customers connected. You are someone who knows the Sydney Metro roads like the back of their hand and can keep a fleet of owner-drivers moving smoothly, even on the busiest days. This allows us to maintain our ranking as the highest rated Google Reviews company in our industry, look us up!

What you'll be doing:

Managing phone bookings, quotes, and customer enquiries with a friendly, solutions-first attitude

Supporting our owner-drivers with day-to-day queries and problem-solving





Keeping accurate records and documentation across jobs

Helping drive continuous improvement in how we operate

What we're looking for:

Previous allocation/dispatch experience in the Sydney courier or taxi truck market

Solid knowledge of the Sydney Metro area

A natural motivator who can bring the best out of a driver fleet

Excellent communication and time management skills

A team player with a genuine customer-first mindset

A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
