Join Our Team – Casual Hide & Skin Production Workers

PLEASE NOTE: We are located In Culcairn, NSW

Pay: $33.05 p/hr

Geelong Leather, a local manufacturer and distributor of high-quality wetblue leather, is seeking enthusiastic Casual Hide & Skin Production Workers to join our team in Culcairn. Full-time employment can be offered to the right candidate.

We are looking for reliable individuals who can:

Work Monday to Friday, with some optional Saturday overtime

Be flexible with start/finish times between 6:00am and 5:00pm (varies by department, overtime available)

Perform some physically demanding, repetitive manual tasks, including sorting, trimming, packing, and must be able to frequently lift up to 25kg as part of regular production duties

Handle cattle hides and wetblue leather in a fast-paced environment

Be punctual, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Show a willingness to learn new skills such as:

Machine operation

Leather grading

Understanding leather quality standards

Follow strict safety and quality procedures at all times

Hold the legal right to work and currently reside in Australia

Successfully pass Drug & Alcohol testing and a pre-employment medical and;





Be Q-Fever vaccinated or willing to obtain vaccination
