Known for quality, compliance and innovation, the organisation partners with major clients across commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors to deliver specialist solutions.

The opportunity

This is a true business development role with full ownership of a defined territory – reporting to the national Sales Manager, you will have accountability for driving revenue growth through a mix of both farming and hunting activities. Focus is on building a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into consistent sales. You will be working with a diverse range of both internal and external stakeholders while actively identifying opportunities.

- Proven success in B2B external sales / business development roles
- Experience in technical, trade-related or highly regulated industries is advantageous
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Supportive leadership with regular strategic input and direction
- Training and technical development to set you up for success
- Clear targets, structure and performance metrics from day one
