Job Duties

We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to assist with administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to workefficiently. This will alsoincludebookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working withlittlesupervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

- First point of contact for technicians
- Supervise and divide responsibilities to ensure efficiencies/performance
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing operations/processes to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs
- Undertake regular audits on last store of the day for technicians whilst they are on site
- Contribute to the planning and development of new works and maintenance programs.
- Ensure that the technicians are properly trained to meet service objectives
- Work with NOC to prepare equipment PO’s, installation and parts lists, and vendor required items for quoted / technical repair WOS (PFC etc)




- Manage workload and overall demand on labour resource planning
- Assist Regional Manager with recruitment process / Assist in interviewing and hiring current professionals.
- Maximise billable hours – Reactive works, quoted works, audits, projects, PM (aim for min of 80% out in the field)
- Identify and resolve employee concerns/complaints.
- Develop programs to improve technical and customer service skills of service staffs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Current Vic electrical licence
- Valid driver's licence
- White card
- CPR/LVR
