What you'll do

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess business risks and impacts while defining measurable acceptance criteria for new or improved software features.
- Work alongside development teams to gain insights into system architecture, integrations, constraints, and the potential downstream effects of changes.
- Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of software applications.
- Execute test cases and document results, identifying defects and working with developers to resolve issues.




- Participate in reviews of requirements and specifications to provide input on testability and quality assurance.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Proven experience in defining acceptance criteria and creating test plans.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and development teams.
- Australian citizenship with NV1 security clearance is mandatory.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience in Agile development environments.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages or scripting for test automation is a plus.
