The Manager role centers on project delivery with some involvement in business development as part of the practice team. A Manager will typically work on a single project at a time and will assist in developing pitches, writing proposals, and with longer-range business development activity.

About the Candidate

- Design analytical approaches across both quantitative and qualitative workstreams on strategy and transaction projects, and manage team delivery
- Develop high-quality project deliverables (presentations and reports) in collaboration with the wider senior team
- Build strong relationships across OC&C; and with clients, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor




- Develop and coach junior team members both on and off projects
- Contribute to business development activities, including pitches and proposal development
- Support initiatives to strengthen OC&C;’s position as a leader in strategy consulting in this space

Qualifications

- 4+ years' experience gained within an external strategy consultancy
- Excellent leadership capabilities and experience managing teams of 3+
- Structured, hypothesis-driven problem solver with strong analytical rigour and a track record delivering commercial due diligence, transaction support, and strategy projects
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused communicator with high qualified integrity, strong organisational skills, and the credibility to influence senior clients and colleagues in a collaborative, inclusive manner
- Strong academics and an outstanding track record of achieving and exceeding objectives
