We are partnering with a stunning, purpose‑built early learning service in Rochedale to find an experienced Nursery Lead Educator who can confidently guide the 0–2 room and step into the role with minimal training required. This is a full‑time position within a modern, well‑resourced centre that genuinely values its educators and provides a warm, supportive team culture.

This role is ideal for a Diploma‑qualified educator with strong experience in the Nursery age group. You will lead the room with confidence, manage routines and documentation, create a nurturing setting, build strong relationships with families, and mentor your team. The position includes opening and closing responsibilities, so reliability and confidence are essential.

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA‑approved)
- Proven experience leading the Nursery age group
- Confidence with opening and closing responsibilities
