Key Duties

- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals according to menu standards
- Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ensure meals are prepared using fresh ingredients and consistent cooking methods
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
- Assist with menu planning and seasonal specials
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene,



and food safety standards
- Manage stock rotation, ordering, and minimise wastage
- Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure compliance with WHS and food safety requirements
