Ideally you will have a furniture, electrical or large format Sales and/or Showroom Management background. You will thrive in a warm, engaging and cohesive sales environment where your leadership and entrepreneurial skills, as well as your passion for personal and skilled growth will be on display.

As a founding Manager in this new Albion Park Showroom, you will live for this role and lead from the front. Sales will come naturally to you - but so will business management, especially in a retail setting. And most importantly, you will start in this store and take the reigns immediately, being the first point of contact for your clients, elevating service and operational standards while fostering incredible team relations.

The Skills Required to Succeed...

- Ability to lead, inspire and manage a medium or large size team




- Passion for coaching and improving KPI results across the team and store
- A love of providing exceptional, tailored solutions to each and every client
- Strong capabilities around inventory levels, logistics and showroom standards
- Ability to build supplier and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Confidence to read, analyse and maximise sales and P&L; results
- Meeting operational time frames and OH&S; expectations
- Passion for soft and hard furnishings as well as styling a house and home!
- Physically capable to assist merchandising and relocating furniture across the showroom
