The Role

We are currently hiring for both full-time and weekend-only positions.

As a Roadside Assistance Technician , you’ll be the friendly face and skilled professional helping motorists get back on the road. You’ll attend callouts across Sydney, diagnosing and resolving minor mechanical, battery, electrical, and lockout issues on-site.

Key responsibilities include:

- Responding to breakdowns and emergency roadside callouts




- Performing jump-starts, battery replacements, tyre changes, fuel deliveries, and lockout assistance
- Diagnosing vehicle issues and advising customers on next steps
- Accurately recording job details and maintaining tools and stock

About You

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on individuals who enjoy working in the field and helping others.

- Automotive mechanical certification and/or roadside assistance experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self‑motivated with a calm, skilled attitude
