We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our fast-paced wholesale bakery, specialising in high-volume bread production. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can work efficiently while maintaining robust consistency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce a range of breads to a consistent, high standard
Follow production schedules to meet daily volume targets
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with process improvements and maintaining product consistency
About You:
Minimum 4 years experience in a bakery environment (bread production essential)
Strong understanding of dough handling,
fermentation, and baking processes
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a high-volume setting
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Takes pride in consistency, quality, and presentation
