About the role

- Melbourne-based role with a hybrid working arrangement, requiring attendance in our Melbourne office 2 days per week. While Mondays and Wednesdays are preferred, we offer flexibility on office days to accommodate business and individual needs.
- Full time – 38 hours per week
- 6-month fixed term contract opportunity
- $77,328- $81,646+ 12% superannuation+ 17.5% annual leave loading+ 5additionaldayshealth/wellbeing leave

This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity created to provide hands‑on technology, facilities, and operational support during a period of significant change, including the transition to a new Technology Partner.

Reporting into the Technology and Facilities team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our Melbourne office while providing practical support across a broad range of technology, administrative, and coordination activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the smooth and efficient coordination of the Technology and Facilities function
- Assisting with the day‑to‑day operation of technology services and office facilities
- Providing administrative, audit, documentation, and coordination support
- Supporting project preparation activities and helping to address operational gaps during the Technology Partner transition
- Assisting with the restructuring and organisation of SharePoint files and supporting an intranet refresh project
- Monitoring tasks, coordinating follow‑up actions, and ensuring activities are completed in a timely manner





This is a varied and hands‑on role that will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities and is comfortable supporting both technology and business operations.

A proactive, flexible approach and a willingness to assist wherever needed will be essential, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to apply broad administrative and generalist IT capabilities across a range of tasks and projects.

About you

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys supporting technology and business operations in a hands‑on environment. You thrive when managing multiple priorities, have a solid attention to detail, and are comfortable working independently while building positive relationships across the organisation.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- A relevant IT qualification (completed or in progress), or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in system administration, with strong capability across the Microsoft 365 environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, and experience working with a range of enterprise systems such as CRM platforms
- Experience using Asana or similar project management tools (desirable)
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong administrative skills,



with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
