What you'll do
- Convert business requirements into functional technical SaaS configurations.
- Customize and manage third-party customer support software.
- Document system workflows and technical processes.
- Collaborate with support staff to identify operational needs and provide solutions.
- Translate complex technical information into accessible language for non-technical partners.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of system projects and feature implementations.
- Maintain system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with CX platform vendors to conduct reviews and evaluate new technology.
- Develop automation workflows to eliminate manual tasks and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience working with CX or customer support platforms.
- Practical background in the administration and integration of SaaS tools.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendor partnerships and business reviews.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on business impact and detail.
