We are partnering with a growing NDIS provider in Melbourne's northern suburbs that is looking to welcome a passionate Psychologist to its clinic-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work predominantly from a modern clinic in Hadfield, supporting adolescents and adults aged 13 years and over.
The Role You'll work with a varied caseload of clients presenting with neurodiverse and psychosocial needs, providing evidence-based assessment and intervention in a collaborative, client-centred environment.

This is primarily a clinic-based role with minimal community work, allowing you to focus on delivering quality therapeutic outcomes while working alongside an experienced allied health team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Support clients aged 13 years and over with neurodiverse and psychosocial presentations.
- Develop individualised treatment plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with families, carers and a multidisciplinary allied health team.
- Contribute to a positive, neuro-affirming and client-focused culture.

About You

- General or Clinical Psychologist with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience working with neurodiverse clients and psychosocial presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
