Innerspirit Property Styling is looking for a creative, motivated and hands‑on Property Stylist to join our growing team based in Seaford.

This is far more than a decorating role. Every day you'll work alongside a supportive team to style homes for sale, helping homeowners and real estate agents achieve the best possible outcome. From selecting the perfect artwork and cushions through to creating warm, welcoming spaces that appeal to a broad range of buyers, you'll play an important part in bringing each property to life.

No two days are the same. One day you may be styling a luxury waterfront home, the next a modern townhouse or a charming family residence. If you enjoy variety, creativity and working in beautiful homes, this could be the perfect role for you.

We're looking for someone who is naturally creative but also enjoys being physically active. While styling is at the heart of the role, it also involves loading and unloading décor items and lighter furniture, preparing stock, maintaining our warehouse presentation and working efficiently as part of a close‑knit team.

Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, understands how to create spaces that appeal to a wide audience, enjoys working in a fast‑paced setting and thrives on delivering exceptional results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Styling residential properties ready for sale using furniture, artwork and home décor





- Creating beautiful, welcoming spaces that showcase each home's best features

- Selecting décor and accessories that suit a range of property styles

- Working alongside our styling team during installations and pack‑downs

- Assisting with loading, unloading and transporting furniture and décor

- Preparing and maintaining stock within our warehouse

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

- Communicating professionally with homeowners, clients and real‑estate agents

- Working efficiently to meet installation schedules and deadlines

- Contributing ideas and maintaining our high styling standards

What We're Looking For

You’ll be someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for interior styling, design and home presentation

- Can confidently style a variety of home styles—not just one particular aesthetic

- Has an excellent eye for colour, balance, texture and detail

- Is physically fit and capable of safely lifting furniture and home décor

- Enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment

- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team

- Is reliable, organised and solutions‑focused

- Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues





- Takes pride in producing high‑quality work

- Is willing to learn and continue developing their styling skills

- Holds a current Victorian Driver Licence

Experience in property styling, interior decorating, visual merchandising, furniture retail, home staging or interior design is highly regarded, however we also welcome applications from passionate individuals with transferable skills and the right attitude.
