We are seeking a creative and proactive Content Creator (Marketing) to join our growing team.This role is responsible for creating engaging digital content that strengthens our brand, supports business growth, educates clients and generates qualified business opportunities. The ideal applicant will have experience in creating content for accounting firms, with direct knowledge of the residential construction industry as we grow our Builders CFO advisory services.

About the role:

Working closely with the firm's directors, you will develop, create and manage marketing content across multiple digital platforms. You will support integrated marketing campaigns, promote the firm's specialised services and produce educational content that positions Mead Partners as a trusted accounting and business advisory firm.

Key responsibilities:

Content Creation & Digital Marketing

- Create, schedule and publish engaging marketing content across social media platforms, the company website and email marketing platforms.
- Develop written, graphic and video content that promotes the firm's accounting, taxation, advisory and CFO services while increasing brand awareness and client engagement.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring information remains accurate, engaging and optimised for search engine visibility (SEO).
- Create educational content including newsletters, blogs, client updates and webinar promotions.

Marketing Campaigns

- Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns that support business growth, brand awareness and lead generation.
- Produce marketing content for specialised advisory services, including the Builders CFO division, webinars and client education initiatives.
- Coordinate the production of digital marketing campaigns, including the development of marketing assets, website content and promotional materials.





Marketing Projects & Collaboration

- Coordinate the production of digital marketing campaigns by creating marketing assets and collaborating with web developers, advertising agencies and other external suppliers to deliver website content and promotional materials.
- Prepare marketing collateral including presentations, brochures and other business development resources.

Marketing Insights

- Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns and content using relevant reporting tools.
- Research market trends and audience insights to support content planning and marketing initiatives.
- Analyse campaign and audience data to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, client engagement and lead generation.

Skills and experience:

- Approximately 3 years or more of experience in content creation, digital marketing or a similar marketing role.
- Experience creating and managing digital marketing content across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience creating engaging visual and video content using Canva, CapCut, Edits or similar content creation tools.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
- Robust organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Experience managing website content using WordPress or a similar content management system (CMS).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics is desirable.
