Buyers Agent to Director | Manningham | $72K + Commissions + OTE $120K

An exciting opportunity has become available for an ambitious and motivated Buyers Agent or Sales Assistant to work directly alongside a high-performing Director within a leading real estate office.

This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the area's top-performing agents, transacting over 100 properties per annum with a median sale price of over $1 million. With no doorknocking or cold calling required, this role is heavily focused on buyer management, relationship building, sales administration, and marketing support alongside an established and successful Director.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing and nurturing buyer relationships
- Conducting buyer follow-up and database management
- Assisting with open homes, inspections,



and buyer appointments
- Supporting the Director throughout the sales campaign process
- Coordinating buyer feedback and communication
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, social media, and property advertising
- Preparing proposals, client correspondence, and sales administration
- Building strong local market knowledge and client relationships
- Assisting with negotiation preparation and campaign management
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of real estate experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Driven, motivated, and career-focused attitude
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Genuine passion for real estate and client service
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence required
