What you'll do

- Partner with product and engineering leadership to drive data-informed decision making.
- Create and manage the measurement framework for the app ecosystem, including AI-driven workflows and developer success.
- Develop strategies for experimentation and decision-making processes.
- Build systems to utilize AI evaluation metrics for product development.
- Mentor and develop senior data scientists to improve strategic output.
- Identify growth opportunities and risks within the ecosystem to inform business strategy.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a senior data leader working alongside product executives.




- Ability to design measurement strategies for complex, multi-surface product systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
- Experience driving results in high-growth environments or early-stage product development.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex data for stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience establishing success metrics for new product categories.
- Background working with API platforms, app marketplaces, or MCP server products.
- History of providing data insights to support go-to-market and sales teams.
