What You Need to Succeed!

To be considered for these amazing opportunities, you will need topossess and/or demonstrate:





- Relevant teaching registration/s and Working With Children clearance check/s / ochre card (or ability to obtain one.)
- A positive attitude and adaptability
- Comprehensive knowledge of the curriculum
- A high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher
- The capacity to differentiate and cater for different learning needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and listen to the needs of the students, school and community
- Experienced teachers and outstanding graduates will be considered

Footprint Placements will also provide Trauma Responsive Practice in Education course (Australian Childhood Foundation). If you extend longer than a term, you will also be provided access to cultural competency training (The Stronger Smarter Institute.)

Candidates must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident or a Recent Zealand citizen, or hold a valid visa with permission to work.
