What you'll do

- Direct the evolution of engineering practices to ensure high-quality delivery of technology solutions.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks that support the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance with standards and risk management protocols.

Requirements





- A minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering or related fields.
- Proven track record in leading software development teams and managing delivery processes.
- Robust understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software development tools.
