We are on the hunt for an experienced, passionate and service-driven Leasing Associate to join our team at HOME Docklands. Let’s be clear - this is not your typical leasing role! No maintenance management, no extensive travelling and no managing multiple landlords and buildings.



Only the most exhilarating elements of these roles have been collated for a super exciting position based predominantly in our beautiful Docklands asset. There may be some flexibility required to work onsite at and support our Southbank and Richmond assets.

You’ll step up and be responsible for:

- Handling enquiries from prospective residents
- Showcasing a premium residential building and apartments
- Application management
- Lease negotiation and signing
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
