Lash Jungle is a beauty e-commerce company supplying high-quality lash and brow products to over 80,000 professionals worldwide. With new product launches and overseas expansion ahead, we’re looking for a proactive Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full time hybrid role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. You must be able to commute to our Springvale warehouse, and on-site parking is available.

Key responsibilities

You’ll work closely with our Procurement Manager, playing a key role in supporting our growing supply chain operations.

- Manage purchase orders and day-to-day procurement activities
- Coordinate with suppliers on production schedules, shipments, and quality control




- Negotiate pricing and trading terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels, identify replenishment needs, and support stock planning and stocktakes
- Maintain accurate product, pricing, supplier, invoice, and purchasing records

About you

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Mandarin language skills are an advantage, but not essential
