Electrical Site Manager – Immediate Start

We're looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead projects, mentor a skilled team.

We specialise in high-end commercial office fit outs and have a regular client base that we work with.

If you enjoy leading teams and managing a variety of commercial projects of different sizes and scopes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We understand money matters, but we're looking for someone who finds getting their hands dirty and solving problems on the go just as rewarding. In return, we offer competitive rates, with a fully maintained company vehicle or vehicle allowance if preferred.

What We're Looking For:

Experience managing a team of 2-10 people on electrical projects up to $800K.

Minimum 1-2 years of electrical site management experience required.

Minimum 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience

Proven track record with office fit-outs, government projects, school refurbishments, and everything in between

Commercial fit-out experience is essential for this role.

Solid leadership skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving

A genuine interest in growing with the company.

Must hold a current licensed electrician qualification.

Great knowledge of AS3000, compliance testing and certification

Experience across multiple disciplines including security, access control, dry fire, in grounds, fiber optics.

Experience with intelligent lighting control e.g., Dynalite/KNX/C-bus Dali systems.

Have a really good understanding/experience with Communications systems such as Panduit, Seimon and Commscope.

Working with management to ensure projects run to schedule.





Ensure OHS requirements are met and have a good understanding of health/safety on construction sites.

A bit about you

Electrical Trade Certificate and current electrical license for VIC

Experience working off plans, be able to interpret drawings/schematics.

Current driver's license

Ability to pass a police and working with children's check.

Current construction industry WHITE card

Commitment to working in accordance with WHS obligations.

Being a team player is a must.

Excellent communication and attention to details
