Due to continued growth, we are seeking an organised, commercially driven Sales Professional to join our Mackay dealership.

About the Role

You will take ownership of the complete customer journey—from the first enquiry through to purchase, delivery and post-sale follow-up.

You’ll manage face-to-face customers, phone enquiries and online leads while maintaining accurate CRM records and following our established sales processes.

This role will suit someone who doesn’t need to be constantly reminded or chased. You plan your day, manage competing priorities, keep your commitments and understand that every customer enquiry requires a clear next action.

Success in this position will come from consistent follow-up, excellent communication, professional presentation and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Managing your diary, appointments, leads and follow-up activities
- Building rapport and confidently identifying each customer’s requirements
- Conducting professional caravan presentations and product walk-throughs
- Clearly explaining product features, benefits and value
- Managing the complete sales process from enquiry through to delivery
- Accurately recording customer information and activity within the CRM
- Following established sales systems, procedures and reporting requirements
- Preparing accurate quotes,



proposals and sales documentation
- Maintaining consistent communication throughout the customer journey
- Ensuring caravans and the sales environment are presented to a high standard
- Proactively generating new leads and sales opportunitiesRepresenting the business with professionalism, integrity and pride
- Working collaboratively to support the performance of the entire dealership

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who demonstrates:

- Proven success in a skilled, customer-facing sales role
- Exceptional time management, organisation and follow-through
- Confident, articulate and respectful communication
- A polished, business-appropriate personal presentation
- Excellent manners and the ability to communicate with people from all backgrounds
- The confidence to lead a sales conversation without being pushy
- The discipline to follow established systems and processes
- Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and documentation
- Personal accountability and a genuine desire to achieve results
- The ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Confidence using CRM systems, email and other digital platforms
- A current Australian driver license

Experience in caravan, automotive, marine, 4WD, property or other high-value sales environments will be highly regarded. However, caravan experience is not essential for the right person.
