What you'll do

- Design and enhance user experiences for our digital platforms, ensuring they align with our mission of sustainable energy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and improve service delivery.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in experience design or a related field.
- Proven expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.




- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a rapid-paced environment.
- Experience in the energy sector or related industries.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in user research techniques, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
