Position Type: Part-Time 25hrs (flexible hours with scope to expand hours in future)

Timing: Immediate start needed by early August 2026. You'll begin by covering three weeks of annual leave for our current physiotherapist, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity of care for our patients.

A World-First Opportunity: EVOLVE MVMT

Melbourne Physio Clinic will be the first clinic in the world to utilise EVOLVE MVMT. A wearable ankle device, founded by our practice founder Luke Pickett and his EVOLVE MVMT business partner Dr Peter Brukner. The device analyzes shock absorption and walking/running efficiency in real time. It's technology previously reserved for elite sporting teams (NBA, MLS) and institutions like the Cleveland Clinic, and has been featured in Forbes, CNET, Mashable and Wareable.

- You’ll be one of the first physiotherapists globally to bring this data-driven, evidence-based technology into everyday patient care,



supporting gait analysis, injury prevention and return-to-sport programs.

Generous Earning Potential:

We offer a competitive remuneration package with a base salary starting at $110,000 per annum (pro-rata) plus a lucrative incentive-based structure. With percentage-based earnings and bonus opportunities, you’ll enjoy unrestricted earning potential.

Role and Responsibilities:





As an experienced Physiotherapist, you will:

- Oversee the effective management of your clinical caseload, ensuring exceptional patient care.

- Help pioneer the integration of EVOLVE MVMT into patient assessment, treatment planning and injury-prevention programs

- Collaborate and build relationships with local GPs, personal trainers, sporting teams and specialists in the CBD community.

- Be enthusiastic and proactive in building your own caseload

- Have strong patient retention

- Work independently and as part of a team

- Utilise your skills to build rapport with clients and referrers

- Develop a referral network with the support of our marketing team

- Manage your time and organise tasks efficiently

The Role:

- Immediate start required (by early August 2026) to ensure seamless patient handover during our current physiotherapist’s three-week leave period

- Part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week

- There is, however, an opportunity to expand your hours in the future

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of private practice experience

- A degree in Physiotherapy

- Full Australian work rights

- AHPRA registration, professional indemnity insurance and preferably an APA member

- A drive to build and grow your role in the clinic

- Confidence and independence in your practice

- Self-motivation and a proactive approach

- An interest in innovation, technology or data-driven practice is a bonus (not essential), given your exposure to EVOLVE MVMT
