Key Responsibilities

- Scan, pick, and pack stock items with precision and efficiency to fulfill departmental requests
- Deliver stock to designated storage areas and department locations in a timely manner
- Analyse inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock quantities using computer systems
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and inventory transactions
- Organize and manage storage areas to ensure easy accessibility and proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to understand supply needs and resolve any stock-related issues
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- Identify opportunities to improve supply processes and contribute innovative solutions to enhance efficiency
- Monitor stock expiration dates and manage stock disposal in compliance with organizational policies
- Communicate transparently with stakeholders regarding stock availability and delivery timelines

About You

You are a reliable and organised individual with strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service. You have experience in stores, supply chain, inventory, or a similar environment and enjoy working collaboratively with teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Experience with inventory systems and stock control processes (desirable).
