CatholicCare Central Queensland – Rockhampton QLD is seeking an Integration Specialist to support the High Risk Team in coordinating DFV referrals and multi-agency processes. You will help with case triage, updates, documentation, and ensuring culturally secure, trauma-informed practice.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor-level qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Community Services, DFV experience, and a current QLD Driver's Licence.
