Re.Group, through Return-It, is seeking a Customer Service Officer in Underwood to maintain strong customer relationships. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate ticketing and refunds.
Work with a remote team in a team-oriented setting, on a rotating Mon–Sun roster between 7:00am and 7:00pm. Responsibilities include documenting interactions in CRM, collaborating across departments, and staying up-to-date with policies.
