As demand continues to grow, we're seeking an Assistive Technology Consultant to join the team and become a trusted advisor to therapists, clients, and healthcare professionals.

The Prospect

This is a highly autonomous, client-facing position where you'll combine assessment, education, and solution selling to deliver life-changing outcomes.

Working across mobility and rehabilitation equipment—including manual wheelchairs, powered wheelchairs, seating systems and daily living solutions—you'll partner with clients and clinicians to identify the most appropriate equipment and ensure successful implementation.

You'll enjoy a varied role that blends clinical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement,



and territory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct equipment assessments, demonstrations and product trials
- Recommend customised assistive technology solutions based on individual needs
- Develop strong referral relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and community providers
- Manage the delivery, fitting and implementation of equipment solutions
- Educate clients, carers and clinicians on product use and best practice
- Grow awareness of the organisation's products and services across the region
- Maintain accurate records and manage your territory effectively

About You

We're interested in speaking with professionals from a variety of backgrounds, including:

- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Rehabilitation or Disability Services
- Medical Device or Healthcare Sales

You’ll likely bring:

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Confidence working independently in a field-based environment
- Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A current driver's licence
- Experience with mobility equipment, seating systems, rehabilitation products or complex assistive technology will be highly regarded but is not essential.
