Ridley AgriProducts is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities and supervise production staff at our Wellsford site. Reporting to the Production Manager and Site Manager, you will drive safety, quality and performance in line with company objectives.
You will lead a rotating roster, implement SOPs, manage incident reporting, and maintain daily production records while supporting improvements and community and environmental programs.
