YMCA Victoria (the Y) in Traralgon, VIC, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead cafe and retail functions within Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre. You will drive daily operations, stock control, food safety, and quality standards while overseeing stock management systems and event coordination.

You’ll manage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance, and collaborate with People and Culture to recruit and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
