Rate: $37 – $52 per hour (depending on experience and shift type) Start Date: Immediate

Our participant, Madhavi, is at the heart of everything we do – and we're looking for a dedicated support worker to join us on this journey.

About the Role We are seeking a patient, empathetic, and reliable Disability Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a female participant in Truganina.

This is a unique opportunity to build a meaningful connection with the same participant, providing consistent care in her home and community. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Personal Care: Assisting with daily hygiene, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Mealtime Support: Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking Community Access:



Supporting the participant to attend social outings, appointments, and community activities Household Tasks: Light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a secure, clean environment
- Therapy Support: Providing full attention to the participant and therapist during physiotherapy and hand therapy sessions Documentation: Completing accurate shift notes and incident reports as required by NDIS Practice Standards Relationship Building: Providing emotional support and companionship

What We're Looking For

- ? Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- ? NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- ? Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- ? Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (for community access)
- ? Current Police Check
- ? Working with Children Check (Employee)
- ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ? A caring, patient, and respectful nature
- Desirable: Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Community Services Experience supporting individuals with complex or challenging behaviours
- Experience with manual handling and mobility aids
