What you'll do

- Participate in all phases of the software development process, including discovery, building, testing, and refinement.
- Oversee and direct the use of agentic tools, ensuring adherence to established practices and guidelines.
- Evaluate, validate, and improve the outputs generated by the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our software solutions.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of software development experience.




- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 solutions and familiarity with AI tooling.
- Full-stack development skills, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Ability to adapt to recent technologies quickly and effectively.

Nice to have

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
