What you'll do

- Administer and maintain the SharePoint Online environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Design site architecture and manage content types to facilitate effective knowledge management.
- Establish governance standards and manage permissions and content lifecycle policies.
- Troubleshoot issues related to access and usability across collaboration platforms.
- Support tools like Slack, Notion, and Smartsheet, and collaborate with teams to enhance workflows.
- Implement automation workflows using Power Automate and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Lead training and support initiatives for users of SharePoint and other collaboration tools.




- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Smartsheet is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint site architecture, governance, and Power Automate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Experience with migrations, integrations, or support for enterprise applications.

Skills & tools

- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including governance and administration.
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and content organization.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and OneDrive.
- Ability to balance governance with user experience and flexibility.

Practical notes

The salary range for this position is $76,000 to $104,500, with compensation influenced by qualifications, skills, and experience.
