About the Role

As our Senior Property Manager, you will:

- Manage a growing, well-maintained portfolio while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication.
- Oversee tenancy management, including maintenance, arrears, lease renewals, compliance, and general enquiries.
- Confidently manage complex tenancy matters and dispute resolution, ensuring practical and professional outcomes.
- Review routine inspection reports and coordinate any required follow-up actions.
- Work collaboratively with our dedicated leasing and routine inspection teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage your portfolio primarily from the office, reducing time spent on the road.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation and company processes.
- Take ownership of your portfolio and contribute to the continued growth and success of our rent roll.

About You

You're an experienced Senior Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long‑term client relationships, and is confident handling the day-to-day challenges of portfolio management with professionalism and efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in Property Management.
- Significant experience in dispute resolution and confidently managing complex tenancy matters.
- A solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to think proactively and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the confidence to take ownership of your portfolio.
- A sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation and compliance requirements.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Licence).
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
