Registered Nurse - Aged Care - JUNIOR RN Night Shift

Role for Junior RN' with 2/3 years of experience with the opportunity to develop skills

Work with established team.

Fully electronic care and medication with LEECARE.

2 supportive Clinical Care Managers.

5 Years experience (Approx) - Highly Desirable

Abberfield Aged Care is 142 bed family-owned facility located on Bluff Road Sandringham. Bus 825 is located at front of facility, and we are a 3-minute drive from Highett train station. We are a well-established home using with many long serving team members. We believe in and value your time.

- Upskilling and easy to use electronic care systems

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a genuine passion to make a difference in people lives
- Value teamwork and be able to show initiative
- Provide exceptional personal care and support to residents
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Experience in Aged Care (highly regarded)
- Current National Police CheckAn understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Be vaccinated against COVID 19
- Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance
