Principal Consultant - Supply Chain, Customer Service & Business Support

The Company a well-established Australian business supplying innovative building products to the construction industry. With a reputation for quality, reliability and exceptional customer service, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their collaborative team.

The Role

This is a varied role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them from enquiry through to delivery while working closely with Sales, Operations and the Warehouse to ensure a seamless customer experience. Reporting to the National Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring customer orders and enquiries are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Processing customer quotes, orders, returns and credits
- Supporting Territory Sales Managers with customer requests and quotations
- Following up freight and delivery enquiries
- Responding to order status enquiries and resolving customer issues
- Processing warranty claims and coordinating after-sales support
- Maintaining accurate customer records within ERP and CRM systems

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a Customer Service, Internal Sales or Order Processing role




- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to customer service
- Experience within manufacturing, construction, or industrial products highly regarded
