Mamma G’s, backed by Gambaro Hospitality Group, is opening a deli and café at Coolangatta on the Gold Coast. We are recruiting three motivated Chefs de Partie to join the kitchen team and deliver high‑quality menu items for dine‑in and takeaway in a rapid-paced setting.
In this role you’ll own your section, work in a high‑volume environment, and ensure consistent execution, food safety and clean storage while collaborating closely with a small hands‑on team.
