Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an experienced Communications Technician to join our Sydney team.

The Role

As a Communications Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, termination, testing and commissioning of communications infrastructure and technology systems across a variety of commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and termination of structured cabling systems
- Fibre optic installation, testing and fault finding
- Installation of Audio Visual and Unified Communications equipment
- Testing, labelling and commissioning of communications infrastructure
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance
- Working collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

About You





- Current Open Cabler Registration Licence with relevant endorsements
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Experience installing and terminating structured cabling systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Fibre optic experience or accreditation highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
