We're looking for experienced Diploma Educators to join a supportive and welcoming team in Carey Bay . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for someone who is flexible to work a rotating roster, including both opening and closing shifts.

About the role

As an Early ChildhoodEducator, you'll play an important role in creating engaging learning experiences and supporting children's development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You'll work collaboratively with your team to maintain high-quality educational practices and provide a safe, nurturing environment.

What we're looking for:





- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Ideally 3+ years' experience working in an early childhood setting
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF
- Experience with programming and planning (RP capabilities preferred)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible to work both opening and closing shifts
