Chef (Full-Time) | The Hill Café & Noona’s Pizzeria

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Chef to join our team across two well-established venues in the Port Macquarie region — The Hill Café and Noona’s Pizzeria .

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop your skills in a fast-paced, supportive kitchen , with exposure to both daytime café service and evening restaurant trade. We are open to applicants at any stage of their training , including apprentices, juniors ready to step up, or more experienced chefs.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be involved in all aspects of kitchen operations, including:

- Assisting with food preparation and service to a high standard
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene practices
- Supporting stock control and communicating kitchen needs
- Organising and maintaining dry store, coolroom, and fridges
- Working collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Following direction from senior chefs and management
- Contributing ideas for specials and menu development

A relaxed, high-quality pizzeria operating Wednesday to Sunday evenings , offering a different pace and style of service.

We’re located just 10 minutes from Port Macquarie CBD , servicing the Thrumster, Wauchope, Lake Cathie, and beachside communities.
