The Role:

We are looking for an experienced SeniorProperty Manager to deliver quality property management service specifically rentals to our houses, townhouses and apartments in the Bayside area. you will have excellent administration support, no Trust Accounting, Leasing or BDM required.

Skills and Experience

- At least 3years of Property Management experience
- A current certificate of registration
- Willingness to do what it takes to get positive outcomes for the portfolio;
- Exceptional customer service with strong communication skills;
- Experience and knowledge of Property Me, IRE and Realworks advantageous.
