The Salvation Army Employment Plus (EPlus) is recruiting at the Lilydale site to assist Workforce Australia participants in overcoming barriers to employment and transitioning into the workforce.
You will manage a high-volume caseload, engage with 'work ready' job seekers, identify barriers, and provide the tools and confidence needed to enter the workforce while supporting KPI targets in a mission-driven workplace.
