Bankstown Sports’ La Piazza is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to lead a section in a busy, high-volume Italian kitchen. You’ll deliver dishes to the highest standard, work closely with the kitchen team and maintain food safety and HACCP standards.
The role requires 2–3 years’ experience, solid knife skills, speed and reliability, with a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.
