German Star is looking for a Sales Representative as part of our ever-expanding team.

We are aMercedes Spare Parts and Mechanical Workshoplocated in Reservoir. We have been in business for 30 years and we are looking for the right person to join our team.

You will be answering customer phone calls, identifying the needs of the customer (spare parts enquiry or mechanical work needed), quoting jobs, making invoices usingMYOBand making sales/bookings. You will also attend to customers at the front counter where necessary.

Experience in sales over the phoneis preferred as the customer experience is the most key part of what we do.

Understanding ofGerman carsis preferred as it'll allow for a much easier transition into the job role. This is a great role for future mechanics to make their way into the field.

The role requires the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 2:30pm

Ability to provide coverage for colleagues during periods of annual leave or sick leave, as required.

Adriver's licenceis a must.

You will betrainedby the businesses' most experienced sales representative within a three month paid probationary period.
