The Test and Quality Lead will oversee Testing, UAT and QA across the project, ensuring alignment with business requirements and system capabilities, managing data integrity during migration and HRIS integration.

The role requires ISTQB certification, experience integrating ERP/rostering systems, and solid stakeholder collaboration with vendors and third parties.
